2	{tooltip}Inflation and Stock Market Returns in US: An Empirical Study{end-texte}Abstract – This paper is effort to examine the impact of inflation on stock market returns for the period of May 2007 to November 2014 in USA. Monthly closing value of Nasdaq 100 index has been taken in this research paper to represent the monthly US stock market returns and monthly Consumer price index values to represent the inflation. In this paper, I have taken CPI monthly values as independent variable and stock index value as dependent variable and used one lag percentage differentials value by converting both the time series to analyze the nature of stationary. These tests examine both longrun and short-run dynamic relationships between the stock market returns and the rate of inflation. This paper found that there is positive but not much significant relationship between inflation and stock market returns in US.{end-tooltip}	Chetan Yadav

The teacher is a one of the most effective change agent of the society who is accountable for responsible society and nation. Teaching is the only profession in which the teacher not only educates but also trains the teachers. In all Education Institutions students come from different regional locations and community with their particular beliefs about the task. Teacher also differs from their castes, qualifications, gender, habitat and stream. Hence, the teachers differ in their ability to work and manage the teaching-learning processes. Today’s teacher must be competent with modern teaching-learning processes, skills, using technologies and performing tasks related to teaching tasks. In this context, the teacher should be competent with respect to their own work and managing factors related to their own performance. So, it is necessary to know about the level of Performance Management of teacher according to their perceptions of their ability for particular tasks. Media and life are alternatives for each others. All have filled the changes which have been placed in media since last decade. Media is developed powerfully with full of glamour. Children are also not untouched of media. It is reached up to all the children. Today the most of viewers of Television are children, who learn something new by watching the TV, computer and mobile. They are getting inspiration from these media and make the dream for future. I want to ask a question to all the readers that how many readers are there whose children do not have mobile, computer tablets are not with them. Children are smarter in operating the functions than parents. Media has two sides one is positive and other is negative. Media may influence negatively on children because vulgar and obscene programme has been reached up to the children which adversely affects the tender minds of children. The major demand of today is how to save the children from this negative effect of media and how children may warn against this type of anti effects. In all over world most of the countries are worried about the negative effect of media on children and how to save them from such type of nuisance. The ancient scriptures like Vedas, Epics, Manu Smritis, Dharmashatras etc. refer to the position of women and restrictions on their rights and privileges in India. The Greek invasion (320 BC), the coming of Arabs and Turks (11th and 12th centuries) further reduced the position of women in society. In the last part of 1960s schools of librarianship began to add the term “information science” to their names. The first school to do this was at the University of Pittsburgh in 1964. More schools followed during the 1970s and 1980s, and by the 1990s almost all library schools in the USA had added information science to their names.
